WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY?

1) Receive a refund of the balance of your class fee minus the non-refundable, retainer fee.

2) Allow you to reschedule your class for a future date within 30 days.

Special considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis for unexpected emergencies or uncontrollable events.

Should class be canceled by the instructor for any reason, retainers may be refunded or held for application to future training at your discretion.

We currently accept cash, personal check, PayPal, Venmo and CashApp.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES?

  • You'll be surrounded by a group of people united in their right to bear arms.

  • You'll hear instructors give accounts of operating and using firearms to engage real threats around the globe.

  • You'll hear instructors give accounts of being engaged (and wounded) by enemy combatants – these are not all glorious stories – but they illustrate some lessons that were learned the hard way. Let us share our mistakes and learning points so that you don’t have to make them!

  • Breaks! We will break the flow of the classes up frequently. This material can be dry. We do our best to keep things interesting and engaging.

  • You'll make friends and allies with other clients. We get students from all sorts of backgrounds, that in any other environment may not get along, but are united in their interest to learn new skills and defend themselves and their families.

  • You'll walk away from our classes, better, more knowledgeable and confident in your self and your weapon.

  • We recommend wearing a comfortable cloth / fabric mask that covers the nose and mouth**.

  • If you buy any TCP products (t-shirts, hats, patches, merchandise, supplies, etc.), we will not be able to accept it for a refund.

Decisions to waive this recommendation will be made by the individual student and/or instructor.

CAN MINORS TRAIN WITH THIRD COAST?

Absolutely, we have numerous youth programs, however, if a minor wishes to participate in a firearms or tactical training class; they may, as long as they meet the following certain.

  • Minors between the age of 15 and 18 may participate in our classes as long as their parent or legal guardian is also taking the class.

  • If a minor is under 15 years of age, permission to train will be given on a case-by-case basis.

  • Minors will receive the same level of instruction and be held to the same standards as the other participants in the class. Parents need to ensure they communicate this to their child, before having their child join them at a class. If you feel that this will not be a good fit for your child, we do offer various youth programs.
